About This Form
Please fill in all information in order that we can properly plan for all events.

There is NO registration fee this year. We need registrations filled out to correctly count the number of people attending to set up events and the Friday night dinner. The dinner will be dutch treat so if you plan to attend the cost will need to be paid in advance at the ECC. Checks will not be accepted. Cash is preferred. Once the dinner is setup a complete menu will be posted on the ECC web site along with prices.
